2023
At the beginning of 2023, the two partner companies REFIDAR MOORE STEPHENS AG and Moore Stephens Zürich AG merge after several years of intensive cooperation and operate under the name MOORE Zürich AG.
Clients of both companies will be served jointly in the future. Through the merger, both companies gain additional market reach, exploit synergies in areas such as IT, HR and finance, and mutually expand each other’s extensive know-how. The management is composed of two long-standing partners each of REFIDAR MOORE STEPHENS AG and Moore Stephens Zürich AG.
2019/2020
Since January 2020 Moore Stephens Zürich AG strengthened the presence of REFIDAR MOORE STEPHENS AG in Zurich/Glattbrugg. Both companies are independent trust companies and 100 per cent owned by our partners who are highly qualified in accordance with exacting Swiss standards. Partners and employees provide professional trust management and tax, legal and corporate consulting services.
The management, teams and employees are familiar with all aspects of commercial accounting. Private individuals can also receive expert advice upon request.
